I had the deluxe king room which was brand-new and well decorated with great amenities. Had central location in the centre of town.

Absolutely perfect location close to a shopping center, and the rooms were well-appointed and top-class.

The restaurant was beautiful for breakfast here, I had appetising dishes. The hotel was immaculately clean with very professional staff. The location was best possible and prime and I could use free parking onsite.

Didn't like the area, it was very busy.

The atmosphere created was exclusive. The location was incredible and convenient, just next door to the centre of shopping, eating, and the fabulous buzz of Bangkok, Bangkok, next to the shopping mall Siam paragon and the street market rather than a holiday breakfast. It also was very close to the shopping area.

The staff is well-trained and the food is great. If you walk 15 minutes, you'll find Siam metro station.

We had an amazing stay at Kempinski in Bangkok! The value for money was great, with an elegant and comfortable room overlooking the beautiful garden and swimming pool. The staff treated us and our kids so well, and the location connected to Siam Paragon mall was perfect for meals and shopping.

The morning meal could have been better with a fresher scent in the breakfast restaurant.

Good location and well decor lobby. Drop off service by cart to shopping area was excellent.

I request for 3 pm check out but they donot allow. Our flight time was 7 pm we suffer a lot. From bangkok most of departures are after 6 pm hotel peoples have to understand this. I always use intercontinental hotel they allow late check out 4 pm.

Executive king room had upgrades, it was top quality and well-appointed. The beds were large and the bathroom here was luxurious. The location turned out to be magnificent, close enough to the nearby malls and restaurants.

The location was impeccable - close to Siam Paragon Mall and the Sky train and the connected bridge to siam paragon and restaurant good. Had a very good stay overall, the room I stayed in was brand-new with rose petals and shower, as for instance.

Had a lot of options for breakfast, it was scrumptious and delicious. The rooms were brand-new and nicely furnished, had a shower, hair dryers and bathrobes in the bathroom.

Loved the deluxe twin room overlooking the garden. It was fashionable complete with a balcony, a couch, and a carpet.

No reason to complain, I recommend this hotel. The building is truly outstanding and the rooms are a nice size with great amenities, well equipped bathroom, air freshener. All in all they offer very efficient service. The pool is nice.
